The spa offers traditional guest rooms in a historic 1930s–40s setting. Rooms have two separate beds and a private WC. Suitable for one or two guests.

## Treatments

Traditional water and sauna treatments based on the Uoti method, inspired by Central European naturopathic traditions (Priessnitz, Kneipp, Kuhne, Schroth).

### Available treatments

- **Wrap treatment (Autuus)** – Head/shoulder massage, alternating baths, leg wraps, sauna, linen and wool wraps. 1.5–2 hours.
- **Steam treatment** – Alternating foot baths, steam room (15–20 min), linen and wool wraps. Cleansing for respiratory tract and skin.
- **Bath treatment + sauna** – Alternating foot baths, warm tub with cool linen leg wraps, temperature alternation. 30–40 min.
- **Massage** – Classic massage (30/45/60/80 min) and hot stone massage. Weekdays only.

### Packages

- Relaxation package – Wrap treatment and a meal.
- Day package – Wrap and bath treatment, lunch and dinner, rest room.
- Weekend retreat – Full board Fri–Sun with bath, wrap and steam treatment.

## History

The Uoti tradition of natural water treatments began in 1911 with Juho Uoti. The spa was founded in 1926 by Augusta Uoti and has been run by the Uoti family across four generations. Since 1981, it has been managed by Dr Kirsti Uoti, a specialist in internal medicine and rheumatology. The spa was a favourite of Finnish artists and writers in the 1930s–60s.
